Our products are built to order with locally available materials. This can lead to longer lead times as our products are not coming off an assembly line. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship. 

It can take 1-10 days to receive a tracking number, and 3-5 days after that to receive your package via UPS. 

In some rare cases items can take up to 4-6 weeks if there are material shortages as everything is built to order. You will receive an email immediately in a case like this.

The buyer is responsible for all returns shipping costs.

Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:

Apache will inspect the item within 5 business days of receiving it. The buyer will be informed if it passes inspection and thus is eligible for a refund.

If Apache concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued to the buyer following the completion of the inspection.

All purchases are subject to a non-refundable 3% merchant transaction fee.
