The certification ensures that furniture products support a healthy indoor environment by meeting strict chemical emission limits for volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Chairs typically ship within 3–5 business days and are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled without incurring a 20% restocking fee, as the fulfillment process begins immediately. If you wish to cancel, you will need to accept delivery of the item and follow our return process to ship it back.
