How long does shipping take?

Our products are built to order with locally available materials. This can lead to longer lead times as our products are not coming off an assembly line. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship. 

It can take 1-10 days to receive a tracking number, and 3-5 days after that to receive your package via UPS or Fedex. 

In rare cases orders can take up to 2-3 weeks if there are material shortages. You will receive an email within 24 hours if this is the case.

Why did I receive two tracking numbers?

In some instances, you will receive two tracking numbers for separate shipments on bulk orders or items sold in sets.

Why is my item’s appearance vary from the photos?

We strive to bring you the best quality, but there can be slight variations in material and color due to what is locally available. Please understand when ordering.

Our items are made in short production runs and constantly improved upon. Due to this products may slightly vary from photos. The dimensions stated in the listing will always be the same. We don’t offer exchanges on discontinued items.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

We carefully pack our packages to prevent damage in shipping. In the event of cosmetic damage, the best course of action is to file a claim with UPS or Fedex. They will reimburse the value of the product.

Once the package is in the custody of the courier it is their responsibility as we inspect everything before it leaves our facility.

What is your return policy?

Due to increasing material and domestic labor costs we ask that you double-check the measurements of your workspace prior to purchase. We have provided dimensional information and drawings to help. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with shipping the item back.

We no longer offer returns on powdercoated items due to incorrect measurements on the customer's end. (This is due to damage suffered on return transit requiring us to discard the item.)

Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. The return must be filed within 7 days of delivery
  2. The item must be in unused condition.
  3. The item must be free of defects.

If Apache concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer.

All cancelled orders are subject to a non-refundable 3.0% merchant transaction fee. (We are subjected to this from our payment providers even on refunded orders)
