We ship globally via UPS!
How long does shipping take?
Our products are built to order with locally available materials. This can lead to longer lead times as our products are not coming off an assembly line.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship.
It can take 1-10 days to receive a tracking number, and 3-5 days after that to receive your package via UPS or Fedex.
In some rare cases items can take up to 4-6 weeks if there are material shortages as everything is built to order. You will receive an email immediately after submitting your order in a case like this.
Why did I receive two tracking numbers?
In some instances, you will receive two tracking numbers for separate shipments on bulk orders or items sold in sets.
Why is my item’s appearance slightly different from the photos?
We strive to bring you the best quality, but there can be slight variations in material and color due to what is locally available. Please understand when ordering.
Our items are made in short production runs and constantly improved upon. Our products tend to evolve over time and may slightly vary from pictures with minor aesthetic or design changes for the better. The dimensions stated in the listing will always be the same. We don’t offer exchanges on discontinued items.
Powder coating is an industrial finish superior to paint. Local weather conditions can delay curing time. Color can slightly vary from photos in shade and texture due to the nature of the process.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
We carefully pack our packages to prevent damage in shipping. In the event of cosmetic damage, the best course of action is to file a claim with UPS or Fedex. They will reimburse the value of the product.
Once the package is in the custody of the courier it is their responsibility as we carefully pack everything before it leaves our facility.

What is your return policy?
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with shipping the item back.
Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:
- The item must be in unused condition.
- The item must be free of defects.
- The item must be received in the original packaging.
Apache will inspect the item within 5 business days of receiving it. The buyer will be informed if it passes inspection and thus is eligible for a refund.
If Apache concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer within 5 business days following the completion of the inspection.
All purchases are subject to a non-refundable 2.4% merchant transaction fee.

- Due to high material and labor costs, all sales on handmade items are final. Please ensure you have measured your workspace to accommodate this item. We have provided dimensional information and drawings.
