Our products are built to order with locally available materials. This can lead to longer lead times as our products are not coming off an assembly line. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to ship. 

It can take 1-10 days to receive a tracking number, and 3-5 days after that to receive your package via UPS. 

In some rare cases items can take up to 4-6 weeks if there are material shortages as everything is built to order. You will receive an email immediately in a case like this.

Due to increasing costs we ask that you double-check the measurements of your workspace prior to purchase. We have provided dimensional information and drawings to help. We are also here to answer any questions you may have.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with shipping the item back.

Items that are eligible for return must meet all of the following requirements:

1. The return must be filed within 7 days of delivery
2. The item must be in unused and uninstalled condition.
3. The item must be free of defects.

If Apache concludes that the item meets the refund eligibility requirements, a refund for the original transaction amount minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued to the Buyer.

All sales on DJ booths and items requiring installation ate subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All cancelled orders are subject to a non-refundable 6.0% merchant transaction fee. (We are subjected to this from our payment providers even on refunded orders)

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
